Sound Baths
These are perfect for you if:
- You would like a more effortless way to reset; in a sound bath, no movement is required, you simply get comfy and allow yourself to be immersed in the sounds of the instruments
- You find it difficult to switch off
- You struggle with traditional meditation
- You are intrigued to find out about the power of sound on your wellbeing
Offered in public & private groups and one-to-one sessions.

Gentle Yoga Classes
Gentle alignment yoga, restorative or yin yoga are perfect for you if:
- You would like to release deep tightness or tension
- You have high levels of stress
- You would like to learn how to slow down and reconnect with yourself

Sound Therapy
Sound therapy uses specialist instruments and therapeutic sound to support relaxation and wellbeing, alongside gentle self-reflection.
Sessions are tailored and offered on a one-to-one basis.
