I am no stranger to feelings of worry, stress and tension. Life throws us curve balls but I know that taking time to truly relax and shift perspective is the key to transformation. Let me help you find regular time to reset, access your inner peace and put your tense body at ease.
I don’t want you to feel overwhelmed or worried if your stress levels are high or you struggle to switch off.
With more than 15 years of experience in the health and wellbeing sectors, I’ve supported thousands of people…

I’m excited to create a calm, safe and friendly environment so you can allow yourself to unplug and reset through yoga, sound or meditation.
(And no, I do not effortlessly float around on a cloud all day!…Yes, I need to practice these things too.)
Sound Baths
These are perfect for you if:
- You would like a more effortless way to reset; in a sound bath, no movement is required, you simply get comfy and allow yourself to be immersed in the sounds of the instruments
- You find it difficult to switch off
- You struggle with traditional meditation
- You are intrigued to find out about the power of sound on your wellbeing
Offered in public & private groups and one-to-one sessions.
Gentle Yoga Classes
Goodbye tension, hello deep relaxation. Gentle alignment yoga, restorative or yin yoga are perfect for you if:
- You would like to release deep tightness or tension
- You have high levels of stress
- You would like to learn how to slow down and reconnect with yourself
Offered in groups and one-to-one sessions
Sound Therapy
Using Sound and specialist instruments played in therapeutic ways, combined with self-reflection techniques to improve health & wellbeing.
These bespoke sessions are offered on a one-to-one basis.
